About Kira Meinzer

With over 25 years of experience in human resources, I am passionate about creating and sustaining a positive and productive work environment for employees and organizations. As the Chief People Officer at Envoy Global, I lead the HR strategy and operations for a fast-growing tech services company that is disrupting the global immigration process with its patented online platform. I also oversee all of the Human Resources for our affiliated law firms with a combined headcount of over 600 employees in over 30 states and 8 countries including India, UAE, Canada, Singapore, UK, Austria, France, and the USA.In my current role, I oversee all aspects of HR operation, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion in my current role. I am also a member of CPOHQ, a network of Chief People Officers who share best practices and insights on HR topics. I have successfully implemented and managed a fully remote work model for Envoy Global, ensuring that our employees have the flexibility, support, and resources they need to thrive and deliver exceptional results. I have also fostered a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and accountability, aligned with our core values and mission. I am proud of the impact that our team has on simplifying and expediting the immigration process for thousands of employers and foreign nationals.Prior to joining Envoy Global, I was the Chief People Officer at logistics software provider Sleek Technologies and SaaS provider PowerReviews. My career also includes roles as Vice President of HR for AFN, North American Recruiting Manager for Dyson, and C.H. Robinson Worldwide.I am a firm believer in the philosophy of prioritizing people over employees and the importance of humanizing the workplace. I earned a B.A. in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
