I optimize business operations by using declarative configuration and supporting the needs of users.I build strong relationship with internal stakeholders and organize regular Salesforce stakeholder meetings to review business needs, processes, and technical requirements. I accomplish tasks thoroughly and with a high level of accuracy, while supporting 50+ users on a day-to-day basis - acting as a subject matter expert for all things Salesforce.I provide goal-oriented stats for users and executives through customized reports and dashboards, as well as constantly customizing Salesforce to meet unique business requirements and optimize data.
