I work in a team that process' payroll in a very busy environment for 2,500+ weekly paid employees. I worked as a Payroll Administrator and had experience of outsourcing payroll service to clients for up to 8,000 employees, as well as dealing with their queries and issues. In this position I was responsible for outsourcing monthly payroll for the bank. It involved: carrying out manual calculations of pay and flexible benefits, and being able to explain.
