• Reviewing package specifications, IFA/IFC/Shop Drawings, method statements (Installation/T&C), Material Pre-Qualification, material submittals, Inspection Test Plan related to Mechanical, Fire fighting, x-ray-scanners, RTG cranes, over head cranes, STG cranes, Tower cranes, Baggage handling systems & Elevator & Escalators.• Performed technical design verification, construction management, site supervision, Inspection, Material Inspection, Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test, testing & commissioning, hand over and other assigned tasks for most aspects of Mechanical, Cranes, Scanners, Elevators & Escalators..• Monitor contractor’s QA/QC activities and participates in developing and maintaining quality control reports, attended meetings, raising SQOR, NCR, Letters etc.• Monitor the progress of project and coordinate with contractor team for scheduled progress and working towards on time completion of project.• Monitor the quality of delivery of the project by inspections and decision making regarding any mandatory changes required.• Lead snag team and participate in meetings for desnagging.• Review project handover documentation O&M, NFPA approvals, T&C reports, etc; Ensure the project compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirement.

• Reviewing Shop Drawings, method statements, Inspection Test Plan for Mechanical installations and Yard Equipment installations. • Pre-qualification of Yard Equipment and validating compliance with project requirements.• Review T&C procedure, SAT for all mechanical and yard equipment.• Coordinates work with engineering and construction units at project site.• Provides technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.• Prepare and verify the final Asset report and Commissioning Submittals.• Coordinate with the Signaling team and address the technical difficulty in progress.• Prepare Snagging and DE snagging reports and coordinate with contractor for closure.

• Manage the palnning, design, construction and maintainance of various mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing and rain gutter system.• Prepare, maimtain and review technical documentation, such as drawing and specifications, for projects.’• Prepare construction details, product data, material sampes, inspection plan, method statements, delivery schedule to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.• Review and analysis MEP drawing. Materials, schedules, program of works, etc., Co-ordinate all electro mechanical activities with vsrious team on site.• Coordinate with multiple dicipline to progress in project.
