Bhartiya Fashion is the largest leather apparel manufacturer in India (INR 300Cr + turnover) with 7 operational factories and 42 active customers across Europe and US.Key Responsibilities:- Long term capacity planning for all orders of Bhartiya in coordination with marketing teams- Budget v/s actual order book tracking- Monthly production & despatch planning for all factories- Execution of production plans- Meeting production, efficiency and quality targets- Sourcing sewing manpower (piece rate tailors)- OTIF tracking, controlling factory costs and Meeting Factory Compliance requirements - Ensuring progress in productivity through training, motivation and process improvements

Bangalore – Ashok Piramal Group was a manufacturer of woven formal & casual shirts/tops, with 4 state of the art factories.Key Responsibilities:- Capacity planning for 36 assembly lines - Monthly production & despatch planning for all factories- Monitoring of time & action calendar given by Merchandising for each order - Daily production and shipment tracking. - OTIF generation for all orders.- Arranging outsourcing in cases of over-booking and tracking of outsourced production- Using FASTREACT software to plan/re-plan/track TNA and merchandising performance

Key Responsibilities:- Purchase for entire operations of the company - Vendor Development- Imports- Stores Operations (both inbound and outbound logistics)- Planning and Coordination of Production for 3 factories of Bhartiya- Shipment Planning & Scheduling- Production Process & Manpower Management- Recruitment & Training of Manpower- Product Safety & Social Compliance

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating with overseas customers to identify their component-wise requirements to meet the technical specifications of the end product- Vendor Selection and Management- Scheduling of the materials to meet the production targets and delivery deadlines- Material budgeting and maintenance of credits and creditors’ payment policies- Inventory control and stock maintenance

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating with the customer (Reebok, U S A) and deciding delivery schedules- Planning the shop floor production as per the above deadlines by setting individual targets for each department within the factory and monitoring the same for execution- Ensuring dispatches to the customer as per schedule
