• Interned at Oracle's Cloud division, i.e. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), during Summers 2021 – 2024• Created command line tool for converting all Terraform alarm configurations within user-specified directory (and all subdirectories) to an automated dashboard conveniently auto-uploaded to Grafana after user inputs dashboard name, optional parent folder, and optional commit message• Automated Top of Rack switch replacement workflow, resulting in 80% decrease in time spent triaging tickets• Developed internal tool to automate the creation of change management (CM) tickets, releases, and deployments for team via CLI, which decreased the probability of human error and improved efficiency (compared to manually creating CM tickets)• Onboarded throttling service to limits service• Created table for storing fault code data to be sent to data warehouse, then implemented Data Access Object (DAO) pattern (DAO class, examiner/service class, and entity class) for data objects• Wrote comprehensive test scenarios, unit tests, and test cases; average method coverage ≈ 90%• Wrote structured, concise technical documentation (Project One-Pager, design doc, Confluence pages) for each project
