Leadership Talks is hosted by Leadership K.A.R.D, a Leadership Coaching/Training organization. Few facts about Leadership Talks for Emerging Leaders since it was launched on November 20th 2020.1) Initially, the podcast was called "Coffee Chats with Kiran" and it aired close to 40 episodes between November 2020-April 2021. 2) In July 2021, the podcast was renamed as "Leadership Talks for Emerging Leaders"and 10 episodes were aired on Facebook, Linkedin and Youtube in Season 1. We have had the privilege of guest speakers from varied industries and backgrounds from India as well as Outside India who have spoken on subjects such as Servant Leadership, Startup Challenges, Breaking the Glass ceiling to name a few.3. Season 2 of Leadership Talks started in January 2022.     - As the Founder of Kiidz Clubhouse, I setup the first of its kind, Edu-entertainment Business in Sarawak, Malaysia within a time frame of 4 months.-I was involved Management & Operations, Procurement, Staffing, Marketing and Promotions of the company.-I was involved in the entire process from conception to actualisation within a time frame of 4 months.- I had a team of 7 qualified on my team including, teachers, accountants and Manager reporting to me directly.-Over a period of 5 years, Kiidz Clubhouse served over 50,000 happy customers with Quality service and products such as the Entertainment on the premises, Educational Programs, Indoor & Outdoor rentals of Bouncy Castles.-I worked closely with the Ministry of Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Sarawak under the patronage of Y.B. Fatimah Abdullah to serve the underprivileged children. -As part of CSR, Kiidz Clubhouse invited underprivileged children 4 times in a year to enjoy and learn at the premises. More then 2,000 under privileged children had the chance engage in activities catered to their needs.-I regularly conducted Professional upgrading training for my staff.-I was involved in the planning and training of over 20 training workshops for people involved in Child-care services.-I was involved in the planning and executing 100 plus School Holiday Programs-I planned over 500 promotion events which resulted in increased sales of products and services offered by Kiidz Clubhouse.
