Responsible for gathering data from various sources, analyse the data to draw meaningful information to be used by business to steer the Global Case Management initiative for Customer Service in Salesforce. Once data has been gathered and interpreted, the candidate will report back what has been found in a system friendly template.My Function and Duties :• Understanding the data set received for analysis and correction• Collecting and verifying data parameters from various Hapag Lloyd applications• Doing online research to obtain missing data points• Analysing results• Reporting the daily results back to the Team Lead for consolidation and audit.• Working towards the timelines• Suggesting analysis and process enhancements basis identified patterns and trends
