The responsibility of implementing goals of the firm and teamwork of the members is ensured. Management of business operations and strategic decision related to PR of the firm is done by consultation with the team. Training and counselling of junior members and performance evaluation of members of the firm is also carried out periodically or as per requisition.

I have worked as a litigation lawyer, which helped me to develop research and analytical skills in legal disputes. The services of counselling and documents drafting were also provided. Negotiation with the opposite party in striking a settlement has also been a big part of the job.

The formalities regarding registration of the mentioned Firm were fulfilled at the time of formation. Legal matters of the Firm are handled, which include contract drafting, implementation of the relevant legal clauses, settlement of legal disputes, communication with clients.

I have taught multiple subjects of law including Equity, Common Law, Roman law, Philosophy of law, Islamic legal system, Political science.

I have participated as an internee in virtual internship program offered by Adal Aur Sehat Project during the pandemic of Covid-19 to enhance my research skills
