Focused on the overall customer experience, Bottle Service NZ was a subscription business that delivered a different box of wines each month, coupled with innovative information, helping people better understand what they prefer by getting them out of their comfort zone.

Ratebroker is an NZ fintech startup, which was acquired by large media company NZME based in Auckland. Ratebroker has developed innovative technology which has revolutionised the way people research and secure financial lending. This platform was built with serverless tech, the first of its kind in the sector.My role was to help build and streamline processes to support the platform's sale to NZME.

Keep it Blue is a foundation designed to support marine sustainability. The organisation works alongside government and other international organisations to protect and preserve some of the world's largest marine reserves, located across the Pacific.My role was responsible for creating and implementing the digital roadmap for the business, helping communicate both technical and marketing deliverables to key government and private stakeholders.

With a team of up to nine staff, they were predominantly funded by Ministry of Social Development (MSD) National and Regional contracts to deliver English language, literacy, numeracy and employment training programs to youth and migrant students.
