I was responsible for managing the daily operations of the front office and reservations department, overseeing the staff training and performance, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. I also analyzed the market trends and demand patterns, and implemented effective pricing and distribution strategies to maximize the resort's revenue and profitability. I contributed to the resort's growth and recognition, as it won several awards and accolades for its excellence in service and sustainability.
