1. Responsible for managing the operational efficiency of hubs across two or more areas in the city, manage multiple area level operations to ensure order fulfillment, logistics as well as provide an enhanced customer experience.2. Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations.3. Deciding on the staffing and training requirements for the areas.4. Improve the systems, processes and policies in the operations team to better support management reporting, information flow and relevant business & operations metrics.5. Ensuring the fleet of delivery executives across areas are disciplined and resolve disputes/strikes that may arise in these areas, warranting an efficient and healthy work environment.6. Design and rollout of a pay-out structure that motivates and rewards the desired behaviors and performance of delivery executives.7. Ensuring a flawless delivery service for the customers in my areas with special focus on real time service levels and schedule adherence, ensuring that there are fewer executive driven cancellations in my area.8. Managing a team of 400-500 Delivery Partners directly on a daily basis,attendance to be maintained demand on a daily basis. Conducting classroom/ field training & audits at individual level& keeping a strong hold on Delivery Executives. Provide feedback at individual level and conduct weekly one-on-ones to understand problem areas.9. Managing & controlling voluntary attrition and controlling absconders by conducting regular engagement activities. Ensure excellent customer experience by solving order-level escalations. Support Pickup & Delivery Partners during emergencies and exigencies.
