My Roles & Responsibilities are as follows• Pivotal in pricing deliveries, process enhancements and control checks and Efficient in Handling Queries and Client Responses.• Ensuring timely pricing deliveries as per agreed SLA's.• Training newcomers in Instrument setup, maintenance and pricing of ETD and OTC products.• Discussing on the issues that are being reported for the week with end client in call on behalf of Team and giving preventive actions to correct it.• Preparing various weekly control reports/checks for client review.• Involved in various Client Requirement Development for process enhancement that has been implemented successfully after testing.• Timely updating SOP’s and conducting Quiz for the team regularly to know about the recent updates.• Contacting the pricing vendors and client in case of any data discrepancy and investigating about it.• Investigating and continuous review of prices, through various price control methodologies.• Communicating the exceptions on instrument setups and pricing of the securities based on tolerances and hierarchies to the internal stake holders and clients.
