I spend a lot of time talking to people. •Handling and recruitment of human resources as a Trainee including drafting job description, vacancy announcement, screening of candidates, participation in interview panels; • Plan and schedule Training timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations. • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the Colleges & IT Industry • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve Training goals. • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
