I curated scientific articles and managed comprehensive disease intervention databases, focusing on data cleaning, validation, and representation. Serving as a knowledge base for metabolic disorders, I specialized in type 2 diabetes and various lifestyle interventions posing a risk of developing the disease. I developed detailed mechanisms of action (MOA) networks for various natural interventions. My work also involved extensive research and analysis of metabolomics data related to type 2 diabetes.In terms of projects, I worked on an external project with KAPIVA, where my role included curation of articles, data cleaning, validation, and generating MOA networks. I also focused on internal projects and database management.Additionally, I hosted the company's official podcast on Spotify, disseminating information about our newly launched test for risk assessment of different metabolic disorders.
