I worked on this project starting from requirement gathering. I involved in every stage of SDLC.I worked on database design as well. Bizporto.com seller can upload his products, he can update his company profile, and he can add offers, leads as well. Products, Offers, Leads, Company Information will display on his template page. For free members we are having a simple template, for paid members we are having multiple templates, we have given authority to user that he can change the profile theme as he wants. : - 360 Degree Feedback is a system or process in which employees receive confidential, anonymous feedback from the people who work around them. This typically includes the employee's manager, peers, and direct reports. HR COORDINATOR identifies HIPOs (high potentials).HIPOs in turn identify list of seniors, peers, subordinates and clients. For peer, sub-ordinate and client group he should select min 3 and max 5 respondents. For self and senior it will be a single employee. Send survey link to listed employees and follow-up until activity is completed. Follow-up will be in form of mailers which will be triggered by HR COORDINATOR & HIPO on click of button .Post survey is answered by minimum number of respondents HR COORDINATOR to derive corporate dossier (report per HIPO) based on the responses received. Minimum number of responses as follows: Self-1; Manager-1; Subordinates-3; Internal Clients-3; Peers-3. The report will then be moderated by HR COORDINATOR and signed-off. HR COORDINATOR then books time with the HIPO and his immediate manager to discuss the activity output.
