I have been working in the construction industry for the last three years, gaining experience in managing mechanical and human resources of the company. My first project was construction of 100 km four lane highway, where I gained knowledge of road construction equipments like Hot Mix Plant, Asphalt Paver, Motor Graders,Excavators,Rollers, Dumpers etc. After completion of Highway project, I worked in Government of India funded international strategic railway project connecting Nepal and India- Indo Nepal Railway Project. I was responsible for the execution of permanent way work using men and machines like Flash Butt Welding plant,Track tamping machine etc. Presently I am working in Western Dedicated Freight Corridor Project connecting Sachin in Gujarat and Vaitarna in Maharasthra. In my present project I am responsible for the operation of Harsco make automated rail laying machine-NTC imported from USA.
