Recently I have taken a career change with an interest in the tech industry. This interest came during the pandemic were the hospitality industry took a huge hit. I realised i wanted a better work life balance as well as a job that provides much more stability in life. Software engineering intrigued me and I soon after went to Flatiron bootcamp were i have been able to learn the fundamentals of software engineering. I have been able to learn various languages such as Javascript and react. My goal is to enter the tech world and combine my past experience and passion with my new passion and skill set. I would like to go into a role which allows for me be able to manage and deal with people daily as my strongest characteristic is the ability to connect with people and communication this allows me to be a leader as well a be understanding towards situations and people. My focus is on exceeding expectations,to be creative and a great team player and while demonstrating professionalism and passion.  I want to turn this passion into experience allowing me to reach my full potential.My background is in Bcom Hospitality Degree at Stenden University.  Studied further by taking on two additional minors, Event Management and Marketing & Management in Asia 1.  This was for my own personal gain and because I am continuously changing this knowledge can be applied to many different fields of work.
