The technology-based industry is non-ergodic (not able to stabilize). It is constantly evolving due to new technologies hitting the market on a periodic basis, there by, increasing uncertainties and instabilities within an organization. In order to combat the complexities, it is important to analyze the right information from a systems approach. Understanding the technology and how it aligns with the objectives of the business is critical to gain competitive advantage. Experience working with technology-based firms coupled with the expertise in strategic planning and analysis gained through masters and PhD program, has provided me with tools and skills to understand and manage technology and innovation, stakeholder needs, and how these align with the visions and objectives of an organization. By developing and applying rigorous methodologies and frameworks, critical thinking, analytical techniques and management principles, I can help an organization gain competitive advantage in the market.
