In my present role as a Property Manager at a leading factoring company is both challenging and empowering. It provides a platform to expand upon my existing skills and establish a stronger presence in the industry.My main responsibilities revolve around overseeing multiple developments, engaging with Owner's Associations and proprietors. I handle regular inspections and timely maintenance tasks, ranging from daily upkeep to larger improvement projects. Additionally, I manage accounts and billing administration. This role has sharpened my skills and abilities along with expanding my personal development in handling challenging and time-critical situations.
