Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.Develops, defines and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.Identifies needed resources for projects; defines and assigns major project roles.Assigns and monitors work of project team, providing technical and analytical support and direction.Manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.Identifies project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement and recommends and implements solutions.

Act as liaison between Data Service Specialists, Implementation Specialists, DC Team US and India Management with regard to DSC projects.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersDelegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levelsTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsPerform other related duties as assignedProvides response and takes appropriate action to resolve work order related issues. May interact directly with original requester, advise others on how to respond or escalate to a higher level if neededEvaluate current process performance at a higher level for the purpose of identifying and prioritizing new project opportunitiesWork closely with departmental managers to develop more efficient ways to complete various business processes
