To increase earnings or seniority, only you have the power to find creative ways to challenge yourself to do more, and do it better, than your competition.My Key Responsibilities:Working on cloud based ERP application which provides an end to end hire to retire HR services to the end users including HR modules like Employee Profile, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Confirmation, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Life Cycle changes, Letter generation, Organization Structure, Employee Directory, Business Expense, Loan Management, Leave Management, Attendance or Time-off Management, Shift Management and Off-boarding or separation module.Interacting with clients for HRMS solution needs.Helping the clients in automating the HR processes in their organization.Gather and document functional requirements and translate functional needs into technical solutions.Configure, test, support and implement HRMS as per the client requirement.Gathering and migration of data to HRMS.Diagnose, Analyze and Resolve the Issues raised by the clients.Training the clients and preparing end user training materials.Coordinating and helping clients in successful implementation of the whole HRMS needs in their organization which helps the end users in smooth HRMS functional transactions.
