Project: EPC of Qatar Chemical Company (Q-Chem) Job Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:• Inspection and ensuring that the joint fit-ups, cleanliness, preheat and base metals are as per the WPS prior to start welding.• Verifying the inter-pass temperature, welding variables for compliance and inter-pass cleaning are as per the WPS.• Carrying out positive material identification (PMI) during material inspection.• Preparing welding inspection reports, offering for NDT clearance, monitoring post weld treatment, preparing weld history sheets, mark-up sketches etc.• Review of RT film, UT, MPI and hardness testing reports.• Inspection of project material & welding consumables in compliance with the specification and codes.• Review of mechanical completion records document and test packs• Verifying P&ID and preparing the punch list.

Project: EPC of Jubail Chemya (LLDP) project. Job Responsibilities:• Inspection, monitoring, verify and testing during material inspection, fabrication, welding, and testing• Review of job orders drawings and quality plans prior the fabrications and releasing for fabrication• In-process inspection for various stage from material identification & traceability, protective coatings, painting inspection, leak tightness test (hydrostatic & pneumatic) final inspection, functional tests as applicable up to dispatch inspection, test equipment calibration control and review of calibration TC’s.• Carrying out welding inspection, coating inspection, and witnessing the testing as per quality plan.• Review of material certificates, inspection reports, and NDE reports
