Keep teams productive and engaged. • Mentor Scrum team for Agile and different scrum practices like backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand up meeting, sprint review meeting, sprint retrospective meeting. • Identify the right resources to resolve issues, Resolve tactical issues that are beyond the scope of a single project team. • Take responsibility, set SMART goals, and achieve results regarding overall R&D needs. Examples: Recruiting, Onboarding, Process Improvements, Quality Initiatives, Build Issues, Tool Selections etc. • Mentor and guide R&D staff. Develop their Technical and Leadership skills. Support their career development. • Collaborate with CTO and VP General Manager on training programs and skills development for India R&D. • Lead hiring and resource allocation in partnership with CTO. • Resource assessments and reallocation, if required, in partnership with Product Owners and Scrum Masters. • Lead Best Practices and Process Implementation. • Ensure that MatrixM India R&D is aligned with the strategic direction set by Executive Management and the project priorities set by Product Management. • Facilitate good communication and collaboration between R&D teams and Professional Services Team. • Do the final performance appraisal with R&D team in coordination with CTO, VP and Scrum Masters.
