I have over sixteen years of experience in management consulting in energy and infrastructure. I bring unique techno-commercial experience having led projects in both MNC Financial and Technical consulting firms like PwC and Black & Veatch and having worked for all major stakeholders - Utilities, Regulators, Lenders & Energy Users. I have multinational experience with having worked on projects in India, Philippines, Viet Nam, Indonesia, Egypt, Bangladesh, Oman, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, etc. In terms of experience, I have led and worked on projects ranging from Strategic planning, PPP advisory, Contract/PPA drafting and negotiations, Market Assessment , Financial Modelling, Advisory on commercial disputes, Feasibility Studies, Lenders Technical Advisor, etc.I have experience of successfully leading multi-disciplinary and multi-locational teams from various countries for large projects as big as Million USD+.I have worked in multiple sectors with major chunk of work in power/electricity sector along with managing projects in other sectors such as water, data centers, LNG, etc. Have extensive experience on techno-commercial evaluation for new technologies such as green hydrogen and ammonia, modular LNG distribution, etc. Currently engaged in leading management consulting projects as project director in various countries in Asia as well as supporting business development . As a India global advisory leader, my role also includes providing leadership and mentoring to team of managers, consultants and analysts in India.
