Dr Kiran Chitta I am an independent organizational psychologist, also accredited in coaching psychology, and a published author, with twenty five years of business experience. I am an enabler and catalyst for individual and enterprise-wide change who has worked as a facilitator with many senior leadership teams around the world. I work across sectors helping people to flourish and build change leadership capacity. I have a particular interest in the development of agility fit for a digital economy, while also transforming businesses for a sustainable future. I have lived and worked in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific. I offer a combination of behavioural science expertise, facilitation and coaching skill, and commercial business acumen. I hold an MA (Honours) from Oxford University in Experimental Psychology, an MSc with Distinction in Organizational Psychology from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology and a Doctorate in Psychotherapy by Public Works from the UK's Metanoia Institute. I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (British Psychological Society), and Accredited Coaching Psychologist (International Society for Coaching Psychology).
