Hello! I am delighted to introduce myself as Kiran, a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician with a strong passion for assisting children with developmental and behavioral challenges. Having recently completed the 40-hour training and after passing the board exam, I am proud to now hold my certification. Currently, I am serving as a valued member of the Kyo team and have been since November 2022, where I utilize my expertise to make a positive impact on the lives of children in need. Prior to this, I have had the privilege of working as a nanny and coaching golf, but it was my involvement with the Best Buddies program during high school that sparked my enthusiasm for working with children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. My goal is to continue being an influential force in the lives of these children by contributing to their progress and growth. I am truly honored to be able to work in a field that aligns with my core values and brings me immense joy.

I work with my assigned BCBA to develop language, daily skills and individualized tasks for each client. Through Kyo, I have developed communication skills through clinical write up's, and maintaining a relationship with the clients caregivers.
