In this role, I report to the Chief Quality Officer and the VP of Physician Services. I oversee the development and implementation of strategy related to improving patient safety and and performance on key quality measures. I also continue to manage and expand the Caring for the Caregiver program to support provider, staff and medical trainees in the aftermath of adverse patient outcomes. Exciting parts of this job include working with an amazing team, transforming the healthcare system to better support healthcare team members and optimize patient outcomes and help mitigate the adverse impact burnout has on those working in healthcare.
