The ICT division at GAWB is responsible for corporate and operational (SCADA/Telemetry) technology along with an oversight of technology vendor resources.I have led my organisation to lead the Qld government in adoption of cloud, corporate and managed services, and the QLD GCIO based ICT Service Catalogue and enterprise architecture.Notable innovations have included moving corporate infrastructure to a managed Software and Platform-as-a-Service.Another is a multi-tiered, multi tenancy technologyOne ERP and Asset management system delivered through Software as a service. GAWB was one of the first clients of technologyOne ERP to embark on the SaaS deployment. This has become one of the most sophisticated technologyOne deployments in Australia, and the most efficient, low-cost deployments in local-government and utilities sector.We were also the first government agency in central queensland to adopt MS Office 365 Cloud Services for email, one Drive and sharepoint Online.
