Currentπ²ππ πΉπππππππππππππππβ β Managing Operations: Overseeing and managing all operational tasks pertaining to cash handling, RTGS/NEFT transactions, and other related activities within specified timeframes, ensuring strict adherence to prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT) guidelines. β Handling Client Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients at the retail banking front desk, delivering personalized and attentive service to address their inquiries, concerns, and service requests. β Maintaining Product Knowledge: Continuously staying updated and informed about the full range of banking products, services, and offerings available, including their features, benefits, and eligibility criteria. β Building Client Relationships: Proactively identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients through targeted outreach efforts, networking events, and referrals, establishing rapport and trust to drive business growth and acquisition. β AML & KYC Compliance Oversight: Conducting thorough analysis of customer accounts and transactions to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. β Implementing Operational Efficiency: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, optimize resources, and improve efficiency within the branch to enhance productivity and reduce costs. β Providing Consultations: Engaging in in-depth consultations with clients to assess their financial needs, goals, and objectives, providing personalized advice, recommendations, and solutions tailored to their individual circumstances and aspirations. Addressing client complaints and issues in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. β Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on client needs, preferences, and financial goals, recommending additional products, services, or features that complement and enhance their existing relationships and portfolios.
