• Analyzing the requirements and Utilizing a variety of sources including job boards, internal databases, directly sourced candidates, advertisements and employee referrals.• Sourcing candidates using internal databases, Internet web sites (Monster, Job serve, LinkedIn). • Good in editing, updating and formatting resumes.• Phone screens, in-person interviews with technical and management personnel, negotiating compensation packages and closing candidates on rates in accordance with client • Maintain weekly status lists of all activities, i.e., candidates interviewed, screened, and hired.• Posting requirements on Job portals.• Short-listing the candidates based on the Job requirement.• Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates. • Scheduling technical final interviews either with the technical panel or with the Management group and updating the feedback to the candidates.• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and the job seekers, scheduling and conducting interviews. • Coordinating with the technical panel to ensure the smooth flow of interviews. • Handling salary negotiations.• Follow up with the candidates from the time of Interview till they join the Organization.• Maintenance of a Resume database, as pipeline for future requirements through the main sources like job portals, mass mails, Job posting on portals, etc.• Handling end-to-end recruitment of IT/Non..
