SolidWorks Software (As an Intern) Responsible for making all hardware components related to beauty products and bathroom accessories which is helpful to creating a good conceptual and prototype design. Modified and re-creating design accordingly client requirements. Knowledge related to advanced mates and mechanical mates which is widely used to make proper working assembly. Responsible to create drawing sheets of the prototype and conceptual design model. In depth knowledge related to part modeling and sheet metal works which is helpful to make different types of complex parts designing. Apart from it, getting knowledge related to Vault, Genius Manufacturing, and Trello which is co-related with SolidWorks, and helpful for making industrial projects as a team.

SolidWorks & AutoCAD Software Responsible for 2D & 3D drafting, part modeling, sheet metal works & assembly fitting of elevator. Making design of elevator car & landing doors, rail, car bracket, counter bracket, car & counter D.B.G. Responsible for making 2D drawing for customer to show how elevator components fitting on their well. Designing different types of cabins as per customers need with proper arrangement of elevator components.

AutoCAD Software Responsible for making drafting of pipe fitting elements, sheet metal works & their assembly. Preparing, reviewing & redrafting of pipe components as per drawing standard. Modifying flow control valves, air valve, plastic D joint, service saddle as per customer requirements.
