 Managing two different analytical teams of Topical and Oncology dosage form Handling project related to different regulatory markets like US, EU, Brazil and domestic markets like India Method development (Assay, RS and Dissolution), Method validation and Method transfer for solid oral and differentiated formulations. Supporting for formulation development activity from analytical aspect like dissolution optimization based on bio team requirement.. Responsible to taking care all out source activity (CRO and CMO) like Method development, Method validation, Raw material analysis etc. Taking care of Change control, OOS, OOT, Investigation Report and deviation report from plant and R&D. Preparation and review of specification and STP for raw materials and finished product. Actively participating in formulation meeting while taking decision for ongoing product. Qualification of excipients as well as API as per specification/STP. Sop preparation and review, analytical data review, work plan distribution, GLP audit, safety audit and provide training to all new joining. Support for Reverse engineering (In-house and outsource) Attending all type of meetings (technical as well as management), Attending telecom from plant, CRO/CMO and other stakeholder related to projects. Taking care and responsible for all lab related activity like planning for upcoming work load, New instrument requirement, New techniques adoption, Maximum output from existing manpower, HPLC Utilization, Dissolution utilization, maintaining stock for chemicals/Solvents, Sample management, training related to safety.
