 Resolving issues based on the priority and within SLA on 24X7 support. Registering nodes to the proper Policy Domain and associating to schedules. Checking administrative schedules like DB BACKUP, BACKUP STG; if any failures working on it based on the priority. Checking schedules and troubleshooting if any failure. Health Check of TSM SERVERS on daily basis, if any failures working on it as per priority. Configuring SERVER process like Expiration, Storage Pool Migration, Collocation and Reclamation of TAPE Storage Pool Volumes. Performing AUDIT VOLUME, Audit Library if any inconsistency in Act log. Checking Drive related or Volume related errors, move the data of the volume to destroy the Volume based on the number of READ/ WRITE errors. Configuring the new Netapp volumes and nodes as per the request. Maintaining minimum number of scratch volumes. Performing orphan volumes finding and converting them to scratch. Identifying Tape volume errors restore data from copy tape volumes and remove from storage pool and checkout the volume from library. Troubleshooting Recovery LOG, Database and Storage Pool utilization related issues. Presenting reports to clients on weekly basis  Size management of Database Volume and Recovery log Volume.  Storage pool configuration/management. Configuration/Management of Policy domain, Policy Set, Management class, Backup copy group.  Define Admin Schedules to perform certain Server Operations. Media management Labeling, Check in, Checkout of Tapes. Maintaining Data Domain Automated Tape library and fixing errors.
