I have always been fascinated with learning new things and my journey has taken me through a wide spectrum of work/learning covering technology, health, fitness, martial arts and eco-sustainability. All of these are things that I passionately dedicate my time to.In my previous years, some technology products I have built are:- A trading terminal for the National Stock Exchange- India's first Electronic Auction system using Handheld terminals for the rural sector- A risk-management system for Occupational Health and Safety for South African companiesAnd now building up our data extraction automation product, a tool to intelligently extracts data from unstructured documents without the need for technical support. My martial arts training has taught me that constant evolution is what drives true value. And the work with eco projects brings in the perspective of economy and efficiency as the driving force for sustainable ventures. These ideas drive the UniQreate vision to continuously bring bigger value to our clients with their business processes and resources.My latest learning experience has been in the area of mental fitness, a very critical part of the lifestyle we follow today. With the intention of building up the team to higher performance and overall wellbeing, I have taken up the additional responsibility of a CPO and work with my teams directly to coach them for their growth.
