Currently working as Food Safety Officer under the Dept. of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of West Bengal and Registering Authority (FSSAI) under the directives of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. Being an enforcement officer from past 4 years, 4 months have gained practical experience of Food regulations/Enforcement/Laws. Conducted multiple raids to catch hold of malpractices. My current jurisdictions is Durgapur Sub division and Kanksa Block under Paschim Bardhaman District. I am also the District Nodal Officer for FSW (Food Safety on Wheels, a mobile food testing lab) for Paschim Bardhaman. Earlier my jurisdiction was of 3 (three) blocks and 3 (three) municipal areas, almost 2(two) subdivisions of Nadia district of West Bengal.I am interested to join any food industry and explore the diversities in manufacturing processes, quality and regulatory compliances protocols.Competent professional with over 5 years of experience in Manufacturing and Quality Assurance domain in FMCG industry (ITC Limited)Hands on experience in implementation of various techniques, quality and safety for improving operations along with cost saving initiatives, auditing, and others standards like HACCP, ISO 9000, FSSC 22000, Six sigma TQM.
