• Interact with client, understand their pain areas and work towards providing solution• Document and share the Customer requirements to relevant (functional and technical) team• Prepare Business Process Questionnaires (BPQs), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), Fit-Gap Document and get sign off from relevant project stakeholder• Conduct CRP & UAT sessions where Business users from all the locations attend • Plan, Track and continually manage with team members and other stakeholders to ensure the Project milestones are achieved successfully• Conduct weekly review meetings with all relevant stakeholders, prepare and circulate MoMs• Report status to Management and brief client every week about project progress• Manage all phases of a project from Solution Identification to Delivery • Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers to communicate that project expectations are met• Continue to work as coordinator / SPOC for Post implementation support of 3 months• Conduct post-implementation reviews of completed projects to share benefit from lessons learned• On time delivery of CRs as may require by the business• Involve in pre-sales activities like POCs, conduct demos, prepare battle-card and flyers • Respond to RFIs, RFPs and provide regular updates to the management on existing and prospect project progress • Develop, manage and build client relationships and work closely with client personnel
