Managed a team of 17 sales officers/ sales representatives and 19 distributors responsible for managing and executing the sales and marketing functions of the Fevicol range of products in Chennai & Pondicherry, with sales value of Rs. 55 crores.Received the award for second best branch in India for the year 2016-17, delivering a growth of 14% with improvements across sales, sales operations and field marketing functions.

Managed a team of 4 Business Development Executives in driving Marketing & Business Development across TN North and Kerala for Fevicol range of products, working with dealers, interior decorators and furniture contractors.Managed over 2300 furniture contractors in 35 Fevicol Champions Club chapters created for social interaction, recognition, training and development of the contractors and their workers; over 1000 members donated one day’s work on 20th Dec 2015 towards a social cause.

Objectives included learning, applying and improving the various processes involved in sales and marketing, suggesting disruptive innovations that could assist the organization significantly in its objectives and developing leadership skills by progressing through the hierarchy.Additional projects included research on low sales growth in Mumbai and developing a long term strategy, as well as a research on consumer behaviour in the context of new and premium products.

Completed a project on FCC Rewards, the loyalty program of Fevicol. A market research was conducted to identify the triggers and barriers to the program among the target group, the issues with the current processes were outlined and strategy going forward was suggested.
