My expertise lies in nurturing talent in the realm of emerging technologies. I am a PhD holder in Employer Branding and an MBA graduate in Marketing. Over the years, I have honed my skills in customer relationship management, People Management and enhancing the online presence of the portfolios I have been associated with. In my current roles as the Director of iAspire Mind Foundation I am responsible for designing and managing a variety of programs, workshops, seminars, and events. These cover a wide range of topics including Cybersecurity, leadership, strategy, behavioral sciences, and emerging technologies. and as a Lead - People & Learning at Apeiron Management Private Limited, I manage the policy and compliances of the HR function. In addition to managing client relationships and deliverables, I also oversee the branding and planning of these programs and events. I find great joy in collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders and contributing to the learning and development of leaders and organizations.
