Currentwork alongside enterprise architects and other IT roles to deliver technical solutions while delegating and managing a team of developers and IT specialists. Act as technical project manager following agile practices using Azure Devops boards.Collaborate with the Product Owner for sprints to finalize in backlog grooming session.• Contributing to the Backlog grooming meetings by promptly asking relevant questions to ensure requirements achieve the right level of detail.Provide accurate and timely updates to Product and Project management about shifts in scope, requirements, timelines and prioritizationLead, Coach and contribute to the development of technical team members through consistent, appreciative, and kind guidance, mentoring and learning sessions• Demonstrate Continuous improvement by seeing opportunities for improvement and organize efforts/team members needed to address the areas of improvement• Remain current on industry standard methodologies and emerging technologies• Leading the proposals to simplify application deployment, Installation, and usage.hands-on approach and in-depth proficiency in powershell, terraform, azure and ci/cd pipelines.closely monitor the progress of the project and keep the stakeholders and solution architects informed.Convert design into technical implementation.• Meeting with the IT manager to determine the projects current and future needs.• Providing design ideas and schematics.• Meeting with the software developers to discuss the system software needs.• Troubleshooting systems issues as they arise.• Overseeing all the moving parts of the system integration.• Training staff on technical topics.. Conduct technical induction for new joiners.• Act as the final checkpoint for new developers.• Assist with capturing technical customer requirements and presenting solutions to enterprise customers.• Ensure code quality and best practices are followed across all assigned projects.
