* Responsible for developing overall business strategy for the brand in the middle east region to impact the top line and the bottomline.* Develop a sound marketing strategy to improve the brand's saliency and deepen brand usage among the TG.* Ensure Operations efficiency to maximize the returns on investments by reducing the time to reach the Break-Even for every investment unit.* Devise and implement Customer Acquisition and Retention Strategy to help the mature markets achieve the growth target and newer markets to ramp up faster to the break-even
