Contributes to the development of strategic business plans and support the execution. Finance related functions include AR, AP, payroll, financial reporting, KPIs, budgets, tax compliance, cash management, etc.HR related functions include new employee on boarding, administrating company benefit plans, develop and mentor team members, negotiates and reviews new plan renewals. IT related functions software system administrator, worked closely with IT providers to meet company needs and goals, leads system process improvement and documents new procedures. Order administration activities includes supervising that team, ensure process compliance, maintain status reports, supports that team to help create the best possible client experience. Handled high volume of order entry duties. To include converting quote to orders, applying applicable codes to those orders, processing vendor purchase orders, post vendor order acknowledgements, assist with warehouse receiving, generate delivery paperwork, punchlist and warranty resolution, order close out.
