▪ Responsible for customer service of games produced by Madhead, including answering queries and providing guidance to users▪ Handle customer enquiries and complaints in professional manner to maintain high level of customer satisfaction▪ Consolidate opinions of users from various platforms and report to game development team▪ Ensure order in our games and provide a nice playing environment for users▪ Assist in game testing
