I have worked in the tourism sector for over 15 years and I have masters degree in service design and management. My last job was at the Social Insurance Board, where I led a team dealing with the reception, short-term accommodation and counseling of Ukrainian war refugees, and later also with other topics in the field of crisis management of the state institution. Also I have studied at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences in the specialty of crisis management.Since February 2022, I have been very active as a volunteer at the Estonian Red Cross, Tallinn Food Bank, Tallinn Refugee Center and Estonian Refugee Council. In addition, I am the leader of the popular Facebook group "Friends of Ukraine in Estonia", where I organize live broadcasts on various topics in cooperation with state institutions and aid organizations in order to help refugees integrate into Estonian society more quickly and comfortably.As a result of my voluntary activities, I have received the integration award "Spark of the Year" from the Ministry of Culture and Integration Foundation, the Medal of Honor for Civic Courage from the Ministry of Justice, the State Prosecutor's Office and the Police and Border Guard Board, and the volunteer of the year recognition from the President of the Republic of Estonia.
