Also responsible for the implementation and monitoring of agency’s capital budget, agency accounting and internal auditing, procurement, printing, mail services, fleet services, records and forms management and facilities management, personnel, training, payroll and benefits, health and safety, affirmative action and equal opportunity, employee assistance, management and policy analysis. Provide direction in the coordination of the department’s strategic planning process, developing and monitoring agency performance measures.
