As a Solutions Manager, my duties included managing a team of 10 agents, managing customer complaints, handling employee reviews, payment reconciliation, weekly audits of customer files to ensure accuracy. Interviews for a new hire, processing bi-weekly payroll, and commissions. My duties also included admin and clerical work to support the executive team as needed.

As a Project Manager, I work closely with the owner of the company on training projects for the staff and ensure completion in a timely manner. Manage a department of 15 customer service agents. Ongoing development of efficiencies for customer handling, document preparation, and onboarding protocols. Work closely with other department managers within the company on the implementation of new processes. I also assist with executive admin work, escalated customer service issue resolution, and client billing.
