Provide monthly status of financial condition for Consumables Unit through the coordination of collecting, interpreting, and reporting consolidated financial data consisting of three entities. Supervise the Accounts Payable function of the Consumables Unit for two plant facilities including Inventory, Expense, Group, and Allied vendors. Oversee Plant Payroll function of the Hanover, PA plant consisting of approximately 260 Union employees.

Provide guidance, support, and coordination of the company’s entire financial effort. Offer status of financial condition through the coordination of collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data consisting of three divisional operations within two separate entities.

Plan, coordinate and supervise all phases of the accounting department as required to meet corporate goals and objectives. Coordinate with management committee in the preparation and maintenance of $2M fiscal budget planning to facilitate operating efficiency and profitability. Train new office staff. Act as liaison between the branch and corporate office in Florida providing weekly sales and cost reports.
