Joined Gemini Rosemont in 2012 as Managing Director for our in-house leasing of our company's owned office buildings in North Texas with 1.4 million square feet of six office buildings initially. Highly successfully leased and added value upon the sale of the office buildings that were sold.

Joined Crescent Real Estate Equities in 1997 as a senior office leasing specialist and served for the past 15 years as Director of Leasing with the responsibility for Crescent's downtown Dallas office buildings consisting of four million square feet. These properties are some of Dallas' premier Class A office buildings including Fountain Place, Trammell Crow Center and the former Bank One Center, now Comerica Tower. Responsibilities have included both direct leasing as well as leasing training and supervision over other Crescent leasing personnel and third party companies including Trammell Crow Company, CBRE and Trizec Properties. Negotiated hundreds of leases totaling over seven million square feet with a total rental value in excess of $1 Billion including 13 leases of over 100,000 sq. ft. Served as sponsoring broker for up to seven other employees at Crescent.

Served as leader of Dallas operations as Vice President of both Bellemead Development Corporation and Chubb Insurance Corporation. Was responsible for both office leasing and management, overseeing a team of 21 employees at the 1.2 million sq. ft. Fountain Place in Downtown Dallas.

Woodbine and Wilcox Realty were both subsidiaries of Hunt Consolidated, Inc. a privately held company of Ray L. Hunt of Dallas. Directed the leasing and marketing for a 2.6 million sqare foot office portfolio, including superversizing of two leasing agents and the support staff as well as oversight of the management and operations of the 60 story 1.2 million square foot Fountain Place iconic office building.

Leased the 1.5 Million square foot Lincoln Centre in north Dallas for Lincoln Property Company and Met Life.
