Formed and led strategy and operations for a mid-sized, Community-Owned arts and culture centre. Leadership of staffing/HR, marketing and media strategy and relations, community engagement, funder relationships, cultural programming in film/music/live theatre, community partnerships and more.I led a team that now serves over 80,000 patrons annually (tripled in my time), and multiplied the budget by x6 in that period. The organization and myself won 17 awards from local to provincial.I planned and coordinated +$2M in capital improvement projects from planning and fund acquisition through completion. The Broadway is a "Green" leader, with 4 major projects focused on environmental stewardship including a large solar array.I helped steer the organization through Covid, returning strong fiscally and strategically.

Developed and led a regional sales force of territory reps for a leading Canadian athletic apparel brand. Helped shape business and product category improvements as the company underwent buyout. Traveled extensively in Canada to affirm/improve customer relations and interface between the company and over 600 excellent, independent retail partners.

Oversaw operation of a two-door boutique retail operation with 25 employees and a national reputation. Led areas of supply chain, staffing/HR, interfacing with and planning health-based clinics, special event planning and production, developed relations with supply partners for a unique shop that won "Business of the Year" in Saskatoon, 2004 (and again in 2008).
