Develop marketing campaigns targeting diverse populations, including Korean, Spanish, Bengali and Thai-speaking immigrants. Promote a wide range of healthcare and human services, including primary care for all ages, Community-Based Adult Services/Adult Day Health Care, healthcare coverage enrollment assistance, and elder services. Serve as Board of Directors liaison. Create Board packets and reports, manage monthly meetings, organize retreats, and coordinate all other Board activities.Oversee all development, fundraising, and donor stewardship activities. Manage grants and funding requests from private foundations, corporate donors, and government programs. Ensure timely reporting, compliance with funder requirements, and achievement of grant deliverables.Plan and execute Kheir's annual Fundraising Dinner, including awards ceremony, silent auction, sponsorship solicitation, videos, elected official and celebrity participation, entertainment, printing and graphics, and all other details related to the event.Manage Kheir’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).Manage government affairs, including collaborative events with elected officials and public agencies, advocacy initiatives and policy analysis.Directly supervise External Affairs staff, Grant Writer and Projects Interns.
